HP and VMware have teamed up to develop and market solutions, intrusion prevention (Intrusion Prevention System, IPS) new generation, designed and optimized for virtual environments based on VMware and Cloud vSphere. Extension of the strategy Converged Infrastructure HP, this collaboration is based on the IPS solution HP TippingPoint for deployments of VMware vSphere, with a higher level of integration.

This combined solution will provide the means to deploy security policies that adjust automatically to changes in their environments Virtual such as the introduction of a new virtual machine.
