You will say "From time to time it happens", except that here it's been a couple of weeks that we observe these phenomena break in the middle of a conversation, internet crashing from the mobile network that plays yoyo making you go through a server as if rien/GSM/GPRS/3G spent his time to reboot.
What I love about them is transparency: we have opened several tickets left unanswered. My appreciation and fleet users too. After the crash Internet and DNS, it continues. I feel that the business will take a lyrical!
